These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of forge-digital.ca and services offered by James Walls, carrying on business as Forge Digital, an Ontario sole proprietorship ("Forge Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). If you sign a separate Forge Digital Client Agreement or Order Form, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website Terms.
Forge Digital provides AI receptionist, call handling, lead capture, CRM and pipeline, notification, follow-up, messaging, review request, website, and related setup or support services for local businesses. The exact services purchased are those identified in the applicable written quote, Order Form, or Client Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Forge Digital or to use our services. By submitting your information and consenting to SMS communications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.
SMS consent is optional. If you check the SMS consent box on a Forge Digital form or otherwise provide valid consent, you agree to receive text messages from Forge Digital concerning your inquiry. These messages may include:
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact us at jamowalls@gmail.com.
Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions and inquiry volume.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for SMS messages received.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Forge Digital offers prepaid month-to-month service plans for businesses. Current standard pricing is $497 per month for the AI Receptionist System, $497 per month for the Website + Paid Ads System, and $897 per month for the Complete Growth System, plus applicable taxes. A signed Order Form controls if it states a different written price or promotion.
Any limited-time free-month or discounted offer applies only to the fee or service identified in the written promotion or Order Form. It does not create a refund right or continue into later months unless expressly stated.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Forge Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Forge Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business results will be achieved through use of our platform.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may decline a future monthly service period by giving written notice before the next billing date or by not making the next required manual payment. If an automatic renewal has already processed, that payment purchases the next month and is non-refundable. You may ask us to shut services down earlier during a paid month, but no refund, credit, or proration is provided. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, unlawful activity, abuse, material security risk, platform-policy violations, or material breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
